At Idition, we take the privacy of our users very seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Service, and it describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you in connection with your use of our services through our website, app software, and emails (collectively, the “Service”). The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Vine Digital” refer to Vine Digital d/b/a Idition, which operates the Idition website at https://idition.com and the Idition App (collectively, the “Platform”). When you use the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you, including information that may be considered Personal Data (defined below), as described in this Privacy Policy. “Idition” in this Privacy Policy means the numbered digital collectible redeemable on our Platform, which may or may not include additional components, such as a digital artwork, film or other content, a voucher or discount code, or ticket to an event and which is minted as an Idition NFT. “Idition NFT” in this Privacy Policy means a non-fungible token or similar digital item implemented on a blockchain (such as the Solana blockchain), which uses smart contracts to link to or otherwise be associated with certain content or data associated with an Idition.
“Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify you individually, including, for example, your name, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing. “Anonymous Data” means data, including aggregated and de-identified data, that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data as follows:
(a) when you directly provide Personal Data to us. This happens when you:
(b) automatically, when you use and interact with the Service. As you navigate through and interact with our Service, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, so that we may provide our Service and make it more useful and tailored to you, including:
(c) From other sources. We may also receive Personal and/or Anonymous Data about you from (a) companies that offer their products and/or services for use in conjunction with our Service or whose products and/or services may be linked from our Service; or (b) our service providers, including companies that assist with analytics, data processing and management, and other services we may use to personalize your Service experience. For example, third-party wallet providers provide us with your blockchain address and certain other information you choose to share with those wallet providers. We may add this to the data we have already collected from or about you through our Service.
(d) Public Information Observed from Blockchains. We collect data from activity that is publicly visible and/or accessible on blockchains. This may include blockchain addresses and information regarding purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs, which may then be associated with other data you have provided to us.
We use your Personal Data to run our business, provide the Service, personalize your experience on the Service, and to improve the Service, including but not limited to:
We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data. We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may improve our Service and enhance navigation on our Platform. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and to disclose Anonymous Data to third parties without restriction.

Information on blockchains. Please note that we cannot edit or delete any information that is stored on a blockchain, for example the Solana blockchain, as we do not have custody or control over any blockchains. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
